NELLIE TAIT (nee PIDWINSKI) On Saturday, December 4, 1999, Nellie Tait passed away at the River East Personal Care Home at the age of 93 years. Nellie will be so deeply missed and lovingly remembered by George, her devoted husband of 67 years and her sons; Gerald and his wife Joyce; Kenneth and his wife Gloria and William and his wife Lucy; grandchildren, Barbara, Bruce, Cindy, Gareth, Gorden, Kendra and Terry; great-grandchildren, Carson, Justine, Matthew and Rana. Nellie was born in Brokenhead, MB on July 10, 1906. She was a very caring and giving individual, one who was always smiling and happy and loved to cook. She loved her children and grandchildren. Funeral Service for Nellie will be held on Tuesday December 7 at 12:30 p.m. in Deer Lodge United Church, 2093 Portage Avenue at Belvidere. As an expression of sympathy, if friends so desire, donations in memory of Nellie may be made to the Alzheimers Society of Manitoba, 120 Donald St., Wpg., MB R3C 4G2 or the Canadian Cancer Society (Manitoba Division), 193 Sherbrook St., Wpg., MB, R3C 2B7.
