RALPH LEWIS BAILEY Peacefully on December 3, 1999 at the age of 90 years at the Foothills Hospital, Calgary, Alberta. He is the beloved husband of Margaret A. Bailey. He is survived by his wife Margaret; son Dennis and his wife Betty, their children David and Lisa of Calgary; son James and his wife Iris and their children Tim and Candice of Saskatoon. He is also survived by his many nephews and nieces, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will all miss him greatly. Ralph was born on March 25, 1909 in Bitterne Park, Southhampton, England. He came to Winnipeg on April 21, 1921 and he met his first wife Grace who passed away on March 25, 1979. On April 2, 1987, Ralph married Margaret and spent 12 wonderful years truly in love. A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 6 at 3:00 p.m. at McInnis & Holloway Funeral Homes, 82 Crowfoot Circle, N.W., Calgary, Alberta. T3G 2T3. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in the memory of Ralph Bailey to the Foothills Hospital, Emergency Department in care of Calgary Health Trust, 1403 29th St., N.W., Calgary, Alberta, T2T 2T9. In living memory of Ralph Bailey, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park by McInnis & Holloway Funeral Homes on September 17, 2000.
