VIOLET ANNETTE VIER On Saturday, December 4, 1999 at the Carman Memorial Hospital in Carman, Manitoba, Violet Vier aged 86 years, beloved wife of the late Alfred Vier of Carman, Manitoba. Funeral Service will be held at the Carman United Church in Carman, Manitoba on Tuesday, December 7, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Harold Kenyon officiating. Interment will be held in the Greenwood Cemetery, Carman, Manitoba. Honourary Pallbearers are Chris and Edra Sloane and Jack and Sadie Stout. Active Pallbearers are Robert Morse, Herb Vier, Jim Rodgers, Jonathan Sloane, Ray Mutcher and Reg Last. Violet was predeceased by her husband Alfred Vier in 1988, and is survived by three daughters, Helen (Robin) Siggers and their son Dylan of Fernie, B.C.; Marian Vier of Winnipeg; and Barbara (Ron) Cox and their children, Bradley, Angela and very special friend Robbie all of Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Violet also leaves to mourn one brother Harvey (Florence) Hyde of Exeter Ontario; one niece Margaret; and three nephews, Jim, Norman and Fred.
