ELIZABETH EUGENIA KUBAS (nee FRANKE) It is with joy that we announce the birth to eternal life of Elizabeth (Betty) Eugenia Kubas (nee Franke) on Friday, December 3, 1999. She leaves to mourn her husband Frances Dominick of 48 years; her daughter Teresa and husband Ken Brown with Allyson, Ashleigh, Robert and Katie; daughter Frances and husband Paul Gielens; son Carl and wife Norine with Michael and Kirsten; daughter Lisa and husband Terry Wiebe with Sarah, Jessica, Emily, Rachel and Hannah; daughter Margaret and brother Carl and family of Dallas. Bettys devotion to her family and her acceptance of the cross she was given to bear in this life were true inspirations to others. Those that knew and loved her benefited from her strength and her sense of humour. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 6 at 1:00 p.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Avenue with an Oblate Father officiating. Interment to follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. The family gratefully requests, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Benedicts Foundation, 225 Masters Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R4A 2A1.
