JOHN E. BROWN It is with great sadness the family announces the sudden and tragic death of John Edward Brown of Winnipeg, on December 8, 1999 at the Morris General Hospital, in Morris, Manitoba. John was predeceased by his beloved wife Viola, who died in 1994 and his brother Dick who passed away several years earlier. He leaved behind to mourn his daughter Cathy, grandson Curtis; his son, Keith, grandchildren Ian and Eric; his nieces Janie and Nittie-Anne; nephews Richard and Jimmy and his sister-in-law Mary. The family wishes to thank the emergency staff at Morris General Hospital and especially Doctor Mannis for your kindness and support, it will always be remembered. In keeping with Johns wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, December 14, at 11:00 a.m., at Ness Avenue Baptist Church, 2700 Ness Avenue, with the Pastor Doug Sadler officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Manitoba Cancer Research Foundation, 100 Olivia Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3E 9Z9. "Hell always be remembered as a man both strong and good. Who gave his best for others and who did the best he could. Hell always be remembered for all the joy he brought, as a man who made a difference and a man who meant a lot."
