IVY MURIEL COLLEY Ivy Muriel Colley passed away December 8, 1999 after a brief illness. A devout Christian lady, she touched many lives with her gentle positive approach to life. Born in England in 1902, she immigrated to Canada in 1920, married Ernest James Colley in 1927 and resided in Winnipeg. In 1993, she moved to Olds, Alberta, to be closer to her daughter. She will be greatly missed by her son, Geoffrey (Shirley) of Ottawa; daughter, Cynthia (Bill) Post of Olds; seven grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and the many friends she made throughout the years. A celebration of her life was held on Monday, December 13 at 2:00 p.m. from the St. Johns Anglican Church, Olds with Reverend Peter Yeung officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Alberta Lung Association or the Olds Hospital 3901 57 Ave. Olds, AB, T4H 1T4 where she received such wonderful care.
