KASMIR (CASEY) KOMADOWSKI Peacefully in the morning of Saturday, December 11, 1999 at his residence in Lac du Bonnet, Man., our loving Dad, Grandpa, Husband and best friend passed away at the age of 73 years. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 48 years, Anne; daughters, Vicki (Jay) and granddaughters, Casi and Pam Simcoe; Phyllis (Don) and grandsons, Chris, Chad and Chase Baczewich; Cece (Louis) and granddaughter Ashlee Durupt; great-grandson Christopher Baczewich and his mom Jen; brothers, John (Marg), Joe (June) sisters, Jean Kuzminski and Sophie Shumilak and many other relatives and friends. Dad was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Anne Komadowski; and brothers, Frank and Mike. Dad was employed by the Manitoba Rolling Mills for 39 years and also served on the St. Clements Volunteer Fire Dept. for 15 years until retiring in 1986. His legacy in life will be his love of life, sense of humour and compassion for others. He enjoyed curling, camping, fishing, boating and travelling. A prayer service will be held on Monday, December 13 at 7:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk with Fr. Jerry Talarski officiating. Respecting Dads wishes there will be no funeral services. He will be taken to his final resting place in the Tyndall Cemetery accompanied by Fr. Talarski, our mom, children and grandchildren. His grandchildren whom he loved so dearly will be his pallbearers. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk, in care of arrangements.
