THERESA JANE WITOSKI (nee DUROCHER) On Monday, December 13, 1999, Theresa Jane Witoski passed away peacefully at the Victoria General Hospital at the age of 43 years. Theresa will be deeply missed by her three children, Richard, Michael and Christina (Mike Sawh) her seven siblings, Alma, Danny, Bonnie, Mark, Cindy, Rachel and Tony; as well as her mother Jane and all her other family and friends. She was born on June 15, 1956 in Winnipeg, where she was raised as well. In 1976, Theresa married Terrence Witoski in Drayton Valley, Alta. She returned to Manitoba and moved to Lorette to raise her three children with her husband. She was active in the church and was loved and appreciated by all who knew her. Theresa moved back to Winnipeg in 1990. Theresa will be remembered for her zest for life that she shared with all who knew her, and her desire to help those she loved. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 21 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 2400 Portage Ave. with Rev. Msgr. Ward Jamieson presiding. A private family interment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in Theresas memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Manitoba Division, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, Man., R3C 2B7 or to St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 2400 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, Man., R3J 0M8.
