Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDWIN DENLEY BRAULT Born January 31, 1920 After a valiant struggle with cancer he peacefully passed away in Victoria, B.C. on Saturday, December 11, 1999. He was in the comfort of his daughter and son-in-laws home, Nadine and Colin Keks: his daughters by his side, Disa Moffat, Renee Lanoway and Nadine Keks; son-in-law Colin Keks and grandson Bryden Keks. He was predeceased by his wife Violet Mary. Edwin is remembered and loved by family and many, many friends. His efforts in life included serving for his country in the Second World War with the Royal Canadian Air Force overseas. He founded Carlton Construction in 1952, which he developed to become one of the largest independently owned construction companies in Western Canada. He is survived by his sister Yvonne Dykes of Vancouver; his three daughters, Disa, Renee and Nadine; his grandson Bryden; granddaughter Tara Lanoway of London, England; son-in-law Colin of Victoria and son-in-law Chris Moffat of Winnipeg. Prayers and blessings were given by the family at the time of his death. Cremation will be completed in Victoria and Edwins ashes will be interred with his wife Violet Mary in Winnipeg. There will be no public service as per Edwins wishes. Those wishing to remember him can make their donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in Edwins memory. Many thanks to Dr. J. H. Burke, Dr. P. T.
