JACK WAYNE FAULKNER BELLINGHAM Memorial Service 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 17, 1999, Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, 955 Wilkes Avenue. Peacefully on December 14, 1999 with his loving wifes arms around him, Wayne passed away at home. Wayne was born on July 12, 1954 in Brandon, Manitoba. After moving to Winnipeg he was raised in St. James and graduated from St. James Collegiate. Wayne joined the Winnipeg Police Service in July 1972 as a cadet and rose to the rank of Staff Sergeant through his dedication and devotion. He enjoyed fishing, golfing and vacationing in Las Vegas. Wayne will be sadly missed by his devoted wife, Sandra and children; Jennifer, Cynthia, Samantha and Shayna; parents, Jack and Barb; brother and sister Jeff and Scarlett, Dana and Louie, many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. The family would like to thank Dr. Millhauioru, nurse Jane Olson and home care for the care they provided during Waynes illness. Special thanks to the identification unit of the Winnipeg Police Service, family and friends for their support. Service will be held Friday December 17 at 1:00 p.m. at Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, 955 Wilkes Avenue. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cancer Care Manitoba, Attn: Melanoma Fund, 100 Olivia Street, Winnipeg, Man., R3E 9Z9.
