MARIE ISABELLE COURCHENE (nee SINCLAIR) March 29, 1946 - December 14, 1999 It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of our dear mother, wife and friend after a long battle with Diabetes, Lupus and other related illnesses. Family members were with her when she passed away. Isabelle was predeceased by her sons, Leo Courchene Jr. and Lionel Courchene; by her parents, Peter in 1986 and Henrietta in 1957; sisters, Sophie in 1995 and Victoria in 1981 and a brother Joseph in 1993. She is survived by her sons, Clifford (Geraldine), Radford; daughter Yvette, Ruby (John) her grandchildren and a special friend Norton Babet; three sisters, Marie Sinclair, Cecilia and Gwen as well as Leo Courchene Sr. and numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Wake services will be held at the St. Alexander Roman Catholic Church, Ft. Alexander, Manitoba beginning Friday. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, December 20 at 2:00 p.m. also from the church with Fr. F. Paradis officiating. Interment in the Parish Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ralph Alexander Jr., Wesley Bruyere, Floyd Bruyere, Joey Courchene, Murray Courchene and Patrick OLaney.
