MARY VANDURME March 22, 1909 - December 14, 1999 Peacefully, surrounded by love and peace, Mom passed away at her residence in Riverview Health Centre. She was predeceased by her husband Frank on December 18, 1989; brothers, John, Nick, Demko Kinaschuk and step son Raymond. She will be missed by her friends and family, son Bill (Janice), grandchildren, Brent and Jenna, Eileen (Ernie), grandson Ernest (Carla), June (Edmonton), Betty (Calgary) brothers, Mike (Olga) Detroit, Andrew (Anne) Saskatchewan; sisters, Pauline (Walter) and Minnie of Saskatchewan, Emily (Lorraine and Blair) of Winnipeg and special friend - cousin Midge of Winnipeg. In her 90 years, Mom has touched many of the lives of those who came to know and love her. She cherished life and lived it to the fullest. In later years, Alzheimers Disease could not rob her of her love of life. The family wish to express their gratitude to the doctors and staff of CD-3 for their loving care for Mom while maintaining her dignity and their continued compassion and support for her family. At her request Mom has been cremated. A service of remembrance will be held at the Riverview Health Centre Chapel on Sunday, December 19 at 3:00 p.m. In Moms remembrance, donations may be made to the Alzheimers Society or charity of choice.
