MARGARET ALLAN OLSON On Tuesday, December 14, 1999 in Burnaby, BC, Margaret Olson (Elrick) passed away at the age of 74 years. Born on February 2, 1925 to George and Ethel Elrick, Margaret grew up in West Kildonan. In 1943, she married Edward Olson (deceased). She is survived by her three children, Christine McKay, David (Sheryl) and Donna (Peter) five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; her brother George Elrick (Jean) five nephews and one niece. She was predeceased by her parents and her sister Rosabel Billeck. Margaret was employed by Revenue Canada in Winnipeg until her retirement. Although Margaret lived with Parkinsons Disease for many years, she then fulfilled her dream to move to the West coast. She lived in the Vancouver area until her passing. Margaret loved to travel and drove great distances to visit her childrens families. She kept her camping gear in the trunk and often slipped over to Vancouver Island to camp. A private family service will be held at a later date.
