ADRIEN LANDRY Paisiblement, le 19 decembre 1999 a lhopital Saint-Boniface, Adrien Landry. Il laisse dans le deuil son fils Claude (Lucy) petits-fils, Sean et Kyle; fils Gilles (Lana) soeurs Lida et Leontine; plusieurs autres membres de la famille et amis. Adrien Landry est ne dans le village de Lorette au Manitoba. Durant la deuxieme guerre mondiale, il a demenage a Winnipeg pour travailler comme peintre a lhopital Misericorde. En 1948, il a rencontre et epouse Florence Hebert. Ils ont demenage a Saint-Vital, plus tard a Saint-Boniface. En 1953, il a commence sa carriere comme peintre en chef a lhopital Saint-Boniface, un poste quil a tenu jusqua sa retraite en 1978. En 1992, apres le deces de Florentine, il a demenage a lAccueil Colombien a Saint-Boniface. Durant toutes ses annees, Adrien etait accueillant envers tous ceux quil rencontrait. Sa priorite etait son grand amour pour toute sa famille. Pendant 34 ans, il a pris enormement de plaisir dans son chalet a la Plage Albert. Les prieres auront lieu au Salon Mortuaire P. Coutu, 156 rue Marion, mercredi le 22 decembre a 19h. La Messe da la Ressurrection sera celebree en son honneur a 10h jeudi le 23 decembre a la Cathedrale de St. Boniface, 190 avenue de la Cathedrale. Quietly, December 19, 1999 at St. Boniface Hospital, Adrien Landry. He leaves to mourn his son Claude (Lucy) his grandsons, Sean and Kyle; son Gilles (Lana) sisters, Lida and Leontine; many relatives and friends. Adrien Landry was born in the Village of Lorette in Manitoba. During the Second World War, he moved to Winnipeg to work as a painter at the Misericordia Hospital. In 1948, he met and married Florentine Hebert. They moved to St. Vital, and later St. Boniface. In 1953 he began his career as head painter at St. Boniface General Hospital, a position he held until his retirement in 1978. After the death of Florentine in 1992, he moved to lAccueil Colombien in St. Boniface. All who met him enjoyed his company. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. His family was most important to him, and for the last 34 years, he took great pleasure in his cottage at Albert Beach. Prayer Vigil will be held at P. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 156 Marion St., on Wednesday, December 22 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Boniface Cathedrale, 190 avenue da la Cathedrale, on Thursday December 23 at 10:00 a.m. P.
