ALICE MEYER Mrs.Alice Meyer, aged 53 years, beloved wife of the late Erwin Meyer, passed away peacefully, on Monday, December 20, 1999 at the Beausejour Hospital. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her sons, Kenneth, at home, Wayne of Beausejour and Christopher and his wife Angela of Beausejour; her brothers, Wilbert (Evelyn) Schalla, Gordon (Anne) Schalla, and Clifford (Anne) Schalla, all of Steinbach; her sisters, Sylvia (Peter) Rempel of Mitchell, Man., Beverly Schalla of Beausejour, Janet (Abe) Harder of Steinbach, Jackie (Raj) Pandey of Winnipeg; her sister-in-law Lillian Meyer of Beausejour; also many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins. Alice was predeceased by her husband Erwin in 1991; her parents, John and Lillian; her in-laws, Otto and Pauline Meyer; her sister-in-law Gretel Cook; and her brother-in-law Rudy Meyer. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 24 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Johns Lutheran Church, Lydiatt, with Pastor C. Kalthof officiating. There will be viewing on Thursday, December 23 until 9:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, Park Ave. E. Beausejour, and also at the church prior to the service. Interment will be in the Church Cemetery. Her pallbearers will be Craig Tordoruk, Jeff Tordoruk, Mark Tordoruk, Pat Cyrenne, Mark Cyrenne, Mike Schalla, Jason Schalla, Myron Penner and Ron Daignault.
