MONA IRENE CAIRNS Peacefully on December 20, 1999 with family by her side, Mona Cairns passed away at the Seven Oaks General Hospital. Mona was predeceased by her beloved husband Stirling as well as brothers, Bill, Eric and Allan. Mona is survived by her loving daughter Sheila; sisters, Francis (Ed), Shirley (Phil) and brother Jim (Jessie) and many loved nieces and nephews as well as cherished friends, also her little dog Ninje who she loved dearly. Mona will be remembered for her gifts of humour and kindness, gifts that she shared generously with all her family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff of the 5th floor, unit 7. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Manitoba Lung Association, 629 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3A 1P6. Cremation has taken place.
