RITA OKRAINEC May 24, 1957 - December 21, 1999 With great sadness, we announce the unexpected and sudden passing of my dear mother at the Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 42 years. She will be sadly missed by her friends, family and her dog Bear. Rita was a wonderful person who was there for everyone. She loved camping, horseback riding, sewing, sea-dooing and off-roading. Mom, its sad to see you gone, I love you very much; everyone will forever remember your great personality and how good you were to everyone. Left to cherish her memory are her loving parents, Frank and Leona; brothers, Ralph and Kevin; in-laws, Roma and Norine; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; friend Cory, and especially her daughter Shannon. Thank you to the doctors and staff at the Seven Oaks Hospital. If desired, donations to the Cancer Foundation or to a trust fund in Shannons name, in memory of Rita will be appreciated. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 23 at 3:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Highway with Rev. Jim Hatherly officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331.
