Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHARLES NEIL PHILLIPS On December 25, 1999 at Seven Oaks Hospital, Charles Neil Phillips, beloved husband of Jean Phillips (nee Timberlake) died at the age of 81 years. He is survived by his loving wife and three daughters, Diane Phillips, Wendy Brown (Ron) and Kathy Foley (George) seven grandchildren, Emily, Windy, Lara, Becky and Laynie, Dillon and Tessa. Hearts filled with love speak words of compassion and encouragement. - the Upper Room Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 29 at 2:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Highway, Winnipeg, with Rev. Jim Hatherly officiating. Friends and family may make donations in his memory to a charity of their choice. Arrangements entrusted to Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331.
