He was predeceased by his father Arthur; brothers, Richard, Larry, and Leonard. Kenneth was employed by Powell Equipment Ltd. for over 30 years. We would like to thank his boss Bill Reimer and all his coworkers for all their support to Ken and his family during his illness. One of Kens favourite pastimes was bowling. He bowled for many years with the Fort Garry Mixed Bowling League. Throughout the years he won many trophies and awards. The world of wrestling has also lost one of its most faithful fans. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 29 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley St. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 30 at 1:00 p.m., also at the chapel, with Rev. Dr. Patrick Morand officiating. A private interment will follow, at a later date. Once again, our family would like to thank Fr. Morand for his loving concern, prayers and visits to Ken while he was in the hospital. His support for our family during this very difficult time was much appreciated. Thanks to his physician Dr. Cameron Lowden, staff, and the wonderful and caring nursing staff on the fifth floor of the Victoria General Hospital. Dear Ken, God saw you getting tired when a cure was not to be. So he closed his arms around you and whispered "Come to Me." So when we saw you sleeping so peaceful and free from pain. We could not wish you back to suffer that again. Grant him Jesus, heavenly rest. Rest in Peace, Ken we will miss you! - Love Mom. LEATHERDALE GARDINER 1501 Waverley Street 949-4860
