ALICE MARION WRIGHT Passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 2, 2000 in the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 48 years. Alice was predeceased by her mother Lena Chmiel and father Joseph Nebesny. She is survived by her loving family, husband Robert; sons, Harley and Thomas; granddaughter, Ashley; sister Frances (Garth) Glydon; nephew, Kyle Glydon and niece Krystle Glydon all of Calgary; step-mother Sophie Nebesny; very special friends Janis Slack and Linda Thompson, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Alice was a very dedicated and loving wife, mother and sister. She was an extremely generous person and friend to all. Alice was a very active member of Transcona Memorial United Church. Prayers will be said on Wednesday, January 5, at 7:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy. #1 East at Navin Road. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 6, at 2:00 p.m. also at Green Acres Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Carol Fletcher officiating. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens.
