EDWARD ROULETTE Suddenly, on January 1, 2000 at his residence at Lake Manitoba First Nation, Edward Roulette, age 51 years. Dad loved the simple things in life such as being around his family, taking drives in the country with the family, especially just being around his grandchildren. He was a very happy person. He will be missed deeply. Edward is survived by his partner of 32 years, Audrey, and their three children Lisa, Doug (Laverne) and Daryl. He will be greatly missed by his six grandchildren, Carolyn, Ethan, Kathryn, Marc, Sami and Dakota. He will also be sadly missed by his mom Mary; brothers, Jim, Magnus (Thelma) and Henry (Mary) sisters, Sarah (John) and Gertrude (Joe), along with his nieces, nephews and many good friends. He was predeceased by his father John Roulette on May 11, 1972. Wake services begin at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 3, 2000, and will continue through Tuesday, January 4 at his residence at Lake Manitoba First Nation. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 5 at the Lake Manitoba School, with Pastor Bill Watson officiating. In accordance with Edwards wishes, the service will conclude at the school, with cremation to follow, and a private family interment to be held at a later date. Pallbearers will be Clifford Swan, Jim and Magnus Roulette, Dougie Paul, Charles Monkman and Cecil Paul. Honorary pallbearers will be Wesley Chippeway, Darren Bilinski, Daryl Paul, Earl Maytwayashing and Russell Paul.
