MIKE CYMBALUK Passed away peacefully at the age of 87 years on Saturday, January 1, 2000 at the St. Boniface Hosptial with his family at his side. Mike is survived by his wife Rosie; son Gordon, daughter-in-law Elsie; granddaughters, Kerissa and Shelby and great-granddaughter Chauntea. A private funeral service was held at the Gilbart Funeral Home in Selkirk on January 5, 2000 with Pat Settee officiating followed with interment at St. Stevens Cemetery, Pleasant Home. The family wishes to thank the staff at the St. Boniface Hospital for their care during Mikes stay. Many thanks are also extended to the pallbearers, Bill Wolchuk, Jim Symynyshen, Earl Settee, Fred Bieber, George Sohan and Steve Smikles; Robert Buck for his kind words; neighbours, the Eyford family, the Bieber family, the Settee family, the relatives, and friends who attended. Do not stand by my grave and weep; I am not there, I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumns rain. When you awaken in the mornings hush, I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry; I am not there, I did not die. Lovingly Remembered and Sadly Missed
