LOIS E. LAWRENCE On Monday, January 3, 2000, Lois Lawrence, passed away at the Grace Hospital, with her loving family at her bedside. Lois was born in Fort William, Ont. (now Thunder Bay) on April 4, 1919. She was predeceased by her loving husband Rod in December 1998 and her parents, Eliza and Hugh Parslow. Mourning her passing are her two sons, Rick (Helene) of Oswego, N.Y. and their two daughters, Cindy and Suzanne Lawrence; son David Lawrence of Thunder Bay; sister Elizabeth Mercer of Thunder Bay, brother-in-law Stan and Lucille Lawrence and family of Winnipeg, sister-in-law Shirley and Stan Langtry and family of Vancouver, B.C., sister-in-law Dell Lawrence of B.C. and so many of Lois caring friends. A private service, in loving memory of our dear Lois, will take place on Wednesday, January 5 at 2:00 p.m., at her residence with the Rev. Jack Johnstone officiating. Our family extends their deepest gratitude to the Home Care Workers of the Winnipeg Community and Long Term Care Authority. We also give a special thanks to the staff of the 4th floor at the Grace Hospital.
