HERBERT (HERB) JOHN LIVINGSTON August 22, 1935 - November 24, 1999 Peacefully, on Wednesday, November 24, 1999 Herb Livingston passed away in his home in Comox, B.C. at the age of 64 years. He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife of 40 years, Rosalie; his daughter Cynthia (Jerry) Jones, and son Bryan (Karen) as well as his five grandsons, Adam, Graham, Andrew, Conner and Ryley. Herbs military career began at the age of 17 and lasted some 38 years with the R.C.A.F. as a fireman, and later a fire Marshall. He retired in 1990 as a decorated CD2 and NATO captain. Herb was a very special man who had touched and caught the hearts of many. He leaves to mourn his sisters and brothers; Rosalies brothers and sisters, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and a wealth of good friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 8 at 2:00 p.m. in the Assiniboia West Community Club, 861 Buchanan Blvd. Reception to follow at same location.
