Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROBERT (BOB) ELLIS BRISBIN Peacefully on January 9, 2000 at the Grace Hospital, Bob passed away. He was predeceased by his father Frank Burridge in 1962 and his dear mother Viviene Keatley in 1989 at the age of 92. Bob was born December 2, 1919 at the old Grace Hospital. He was a longtime resident of St. Vital. Bob had an interest in most sports, and especially enjoyed horse racing. In his early years, Bob was an active member of the old Winnipeg Canoe Club. Bob served five and one half years in the Canadian Army stationed in Canada and England. After the war Bob was employed by Central Mortgage and Housing, the War Assets Corporation and finally the Province of Manitoba Taxation Division, where he spent 35 and one half years, retiring June 30, 1981. Bob is survived by his sister Mable Ramsay of Winnipeg; brother Edward James Burridge Brisbin of Calgary and numerous nieces and nephews. At Bobs request cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date. Flowers gratefully declined. "Where did all the years go, I will see you there."
