JOHN (JACK) FARQUHAR CAMPBELL It is with deep sorrow that I announce the passing of my beloved husband of close to 50 years Jack Campbell. Jack was predeceased by his parents Lorne and Elizabeth Campbell and by his only brother William Allan Campbell. Jack is survived by his wife Shirley R. and her sisters Audrey (Arnold) Roberts and Joe Ann (Bill) Thorpe and their families as well as several cousins. Cremation has taken place and at Jacks request no service will be held. Flowers are gratefully declined. If friends desire, donations may be made to the Manitoba Lung Association 629 McDermot Ave. Wpg., MB R3A 1P6. Special thanks to the staff on 5N of the Victoria General Hospital and to Dr. Bruce MacLeod.
