D. PATRICK COOK of Opaskwayak Cree Nation On Tuesday, January 11, 2000 at The Pas Health Complex, D. Patrick Cook passed away with his mother Barbara at his bedside. Patrick will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by his mother Barbara; sisters Amelia Dumas, Margaret Lathlin (Gerald), Bev Fontaine (Derek), Kelly Buck (Don), Sheila Chaboyer (Delbert) brothers Arnold Constant (Carolyn), Alex Constant (Edna), Ken Myers (Sharon), Wayne Cook (Diane), Gary Cook (Wilma), and Wally Constant. He also leaves to mourn his natural mother Eileen Cook, numerous nieces and nephews especially special nephew Derek J.L. Fontaine, and best friend Cindy Swampy. Patrick was 30 years old at his passing. He will be fondly remembered for his joking personality and his affection and love for his nephews and nieces. Patrick was predeceased by his father, Lazarus Constant, December 16, 1989. The family would like to thank Dr. Noel and the nursing staff of The Pas Health Complex for their care and compassion for Patrick.
