FRED THOMAS DAILY On January 9,2000 at the Health Sciences Centre, Fred Daily passed away. Fred was born in Silver Bay, Manitoba on August 14, 1937. He lived in Moosehorn and Grahamdale until 1965. Fred worked at various jobs while growing up. He enjoyed winter fishing and worked in Steep Rock, Manitoba, fishing for a few years before he went to Winnipeg where he worked for the city until he was disabled. Fred was affectionately known as Baldy as his hair line receded. Fred was predeceased by his father Tom in February, 1966; mother Margaret in April, 1996; and sister-in-law Carolyn. He leaves to mourn his brothers, Gordon (Darlene) of Cache Creek, B.C., Laurence (Lovie) of Winnipeg, Manitoba; sisters, Violet Filion (Gilbert) of Steep Rock, and Evelyn Daily of The Pas, Manitoba; nieces and nephews, Scott, April, Chelsey, Corey, Wanda, Robert, Bruce, Betty, Barb, Brad, Sherry, Jennifer, and Francine, as well as many great-nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, should friends so desire, donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association. Pallbearers will be Robert, Bruce, Justin, Scott, Sean and Skipp. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 13, at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street.
