JOSEPH REDRICK GARNEAU Peacefully, on Thursday, January 6, 2000 at the Ste. Rose General Hospital, Joseph Garneau passed away at the age of 78 years. Joseph leaves to mourn his passing and cherish many fond memories, his children, Delbert Garneau (Jade), Lena Malcolm (Dennis Black), Louise and Raymond Casavant, Doreen Malcolm and Claude Cappo, Eva and Bill Bradford, Gernande and Terry Strong, Mary and Percy Houle, Margaret and Bill MacDonald, Rachael and Raymond Sutherland, Joe and Margaret Malcolm, Ken and Lucy Malcolm, Clarence Malcolm and Marcella and Denis Malcolm; two brothers, Lawrence and Irene Garneau, and Del and Clara Garneau; one sister, Mary Flett along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and his faithful dog Askher. Prayers and Wake Service for Joseph will be held on Sunday, January 9, beginning at 7:00 p.m. from the Ebb and Flow Band Hall. Funeral Service for Joseph will be held on Monday, January 10, at 2:00 p.m. from the Ebb and Flow Band Hall. Fr. Reynold Omictin will officiate with the interment to follow in the Ebb and Flow Cemetery. Ste. Rose Memorial Chapel, Ste. Rose du Lac, Manitoba has care of arrangements (204) 447-2444.
