HELEN KUHTEY With her daughter at her side, Helen Kuhtey (nee Tokarz) passed away peacefully early Monday morning, January 10, 2000, at Riverview Health Centre. She was 75 years old. Helen was predeceased by her loving husband Peter in 1991. Helen was also predeceased by her parents, John and Katazyna Tokarz; brother Steve, sisters, Anne, Mary and Rose; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jack and Maria Kuhtey, Nick and Mary (Kuhtey) Demetrioff and Valare DeKlerk. Surviving to cherish her memory, and wonderful giving ways, are her only daughter Phyllis and fiance Wolfgang Luedtke and her two granddaughters, Jennifer and Nancy Arnold; her brothers, Joseph Tokarz, Edward (Margie) Tokarz, her sister Victoria (Peter) Kondratiuk; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Nick Kuhtey, Teenie (Kuhtey) DeKlerk and Helen Kuhtey; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Many thanks to Drs. E. Braun, P. Taraska, S. Parham, P. Harris, Chowdhury, Kraus, and Marr for the care you provided to Helen over the past year. Lots of "hugs and love" to all the special angels at 3East Riverview Health Centre. They definitely made Helens stay "fit for a queen". Even though Helen was in hospital during the holiday season, she said it was the best Christmas she had ever had. Her family and friends were never far from her bedside or from her thoughts. At Helens request, flowers are graciously declined, and those who wish may make a donation to a charity of their choice. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 15 at 9:30 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. at Luxton Ave. with Msgr. M. Comeault, P.H.V.F. officiating. Interment to follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. From Helen to family and friends. "God bless you all - There are no goodbyes...until we meet again."
