Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWALTER (BILL) ORLOWSKI Mr. Bill Orlowski passed away suddenly at the Concordia Hospital on Friday, January 14, 2000 at the age of 84 years. Bill was predeceased by his wife Elsie in 1983, his parents Annie and Fred, one sister Nellie and by one brother Daniel. He leaves to cherish his memory three daughters, Maryann (Henry) Bernice (John) and Sharon (Phil) two sons Moe (Judy) and Amie (Lavern) four sisters, Bertha, Mary, Millie and Irene as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Bill served in the Canadian Army overseas during the Second World War. Following the war and prior to his retirement in 1976 he had been employed at Labatt Brewery. He was known as a jack of all trades and was willing to tackle any job. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 19 at 10:30 a.m. in Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy. #1 East at Navin Road. Interment will follow at Green Acres Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bills memory may be made to the Salvation Army, 400-500 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3B 3L3.
