She will be forever cherished and lovingly remembered by her husband of 53 years Bill; sons, Bill Jr. and Derek (Cheryl) grandchildren, Kimberly and Christine; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Victoria was predeceased by her mother Nellie; father Frank; sister Adela; mother-in-law Agatha; father-in-law Peter; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Mom was born in Winnipeg on October 31, 1926. Mom moved with her mother to Poland at a young age. She returned to Winnipeg to attend King Edward and Isaac Newton Schools. Mom met her husband Bill during the war and they were married in 1946, and ever since they were inseparable and shared everything together in work and in play. Mom was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was always thinking of her children and grandchildren first. Since Mom was 16 she was involved with Brownies and Guides. The family moved to Toronto in 1956 until 1969 where Mom continued her work with the Brownies and Guides. Mom worked her way up to a District Commissioner until her illness in 1987. She loved cooking, entertaining, organizing showers and weddings. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children, grandchildren and her pets. Prayers will be officiated by Msgr.
