WILLIAM (BILL) ROGODZINSKI Peacefully, after a hard, courageous ten year battle with cancer, Bill passed away with his family by his side, on January 17, 2000 at Grace Hospital. Bill was born September 12, 1936 in Malonton, MB. He grew up on the farm and later worked for CPR, Kimberly Clark and Deer Lodge Centre. Bill was a very happy man who loved people and made many friends over the years. He never complained even though we could see him getting tired and he always had an encouraging word to those he loved and was truly an inspiration to all who knew him. He was predeceased by three infant siblings; mother Pauline Rogodzinski; brother-in-law Peter Kishka and first wife Lillian (Firman). He will be greatly missed but lovingly remembered by his loving wife Margaret; children, Roger (Marilyn), Reg (Judy), Blair (Peggy), Doug (Paula), Nancy (John) and Margarets children, Glenn (Leah), Kelly (Jamie), Sandra (Erik), Karen (Tom). Bill was very proud of grandchildren, Jordan and Jeremy Rogodzinski, Jared and Shane Nicholls. Also surviving, brothers, Tony (Kay) Rogodzinski, Larry Rogodzinski; sisters, Ann Kishka, Elsie (Tony) Novicki, Adeline (Eddie) Janower and numerous nephews and nieces and his best buddy "Chloe" his cat. The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to Dr. Pat Harris and Grace Hospital Oncology Staff, Dr. A. Schroeder, Dr. El Sayed, Health Sciences Oncology, Mr. Mehta, Health Sciences Centre and all the wonderful nursing staff on Four South, Grace Hospital. A special thanks to Ann Ledwich who Bill looked forward to seeing every Monday afternoon for the past four years. Donations in his memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
