Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBOLESTANO (BRUNO) KAMINSKI On Tuesday, January 18, 2000 Mr. Bruno Kaminski passed away at the Third Crossing Manor Personal Care Home, Gladstone. Bruno was born on September 20, 1915 in Lempsice, Poland. He lived on the family farm with his siblings, Janina, Franzich, John and Alex until the age of 16 when he joined the Polish Army. He served in such areas as Persia, Palestine, Egypt, Syria and Italy. He relocated to England in 1946 and immigrated to Canada in 1947 arriving in Halifax. He went to Winnipeg where he worked in the sugar beet fields. In the fall of 1947 he moved to Virden, where he was employed as a farm labourer. Bruno moved to Third Crossing Manor on April 4, 1995. He was predeceased by his parents, Feliska and Kasmir Kaminski. Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 24 at 1:30 p.m. at Clarkes Funeral Chapel, Gladstone, Man. with Pastor Randy Fehr officiating. Interment will follow in the Gladstone Cemetery.
