Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRUTH WATSON MACDONALD 1898 - 2000 On January 20, 2000, Ruth Macdonald, an exemplary mother and beloved friend, died in Winnipeg. Mrs. Macdonald was predeceased by her husband Walter James Macdonald in 1959 and by her brothers, Frank, Lee and Harry Watson. She is survived by her son Peter Macdonald and daughter-in-law Maureen; grandchildren, Campbell and Robin Macdonald; sister-in-law Helen Macdonald; nieces, Joan Wilson, Mary Senecal, Jocelyn Goodine, Joan Bruser, Carita Dubuc and nephew David Watson. Mrs. Macdonald was born in Pilot Mound, Man. and moved to Winnipeg in 1908. She was a long time member of Westminster United Church which she joined in 1913. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 25 at 11:00 a.m. at Westminster United Church, Maryland and Westminster. Donations to the Westminster United Church Foundation would be appreciated.
