SHIRLEY MANSHRECK (nee PARTRIDGE) Suddenly, while at home after a brief battle with cancer, Shirley Kathleen Manshreck (Partridge) passed away Thursday, January 20, 2000. Shirley leaves to mourn her two daughters, Nicole and husband George Bell, Kimberly and husband Steve Stepien; five grandchildren, Gordon and wife Crystal Bell, Karen Winthrop, Paul, Sharon and Stacy Stepien; four great-grandchildren, Carly and Ryan Winthrop, Andrew and Brooke Belle, and her sister June Restall. She was predeceased by her husband Gordon Manschreck. Shirley was born August 8, 1930 and resided in Winnipeg all her life. Her greatest pleasures were holidays and vacations with her family, especially in the latter years at Cass Lake, Minn. She was very devoted to her family and loved them very much and will be greatly missed by all who knew her especially by her dog and constant companion Eddy. A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 24 at 11:00 a.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy., with Rev. Ken Innes officiating. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Shirleys memory to a charity of ones choice. Arrangements entrusted to Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331.
