Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BILL) BORSH On Sunday, January 23, 2000 at the Selkirk General Hospital, Bill Borsh, aged 88 years, of Selkirk and formerly of Lockport, husband of Helen Borsh. Bill had lived and farmed in Lockport for most of his life. He also did carpentry work for many years. Bill and Helen moved to the Knight Center in Selkirk in 1996. Bill leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 63 years, Helen; a son Elton (Bev) grandchildren, Brigitte, Melody and Robert; a son-in-law Myron Masnyk of Toronto and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter Patricia in 1992; two sisters, Mary Hnatiuk and Donna Tokar and a brother Mike. Prayers will be said on Tuesday (tonight) at 8:15 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, January 26 at 10:30 a.m. in the St. Marys Ukrainian Catholic Church, Rossdale with Fr. Thor Royik officiating. Interment in the Parish Cemetery. His pallbearers will be Robert Masnyk, Richard Ducheck, Lawrence Hnatiuk, Andrew Kuchenski, Karl Chernhoski and Gordon MacCollum. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Childrens Wish Foundation of Manitoba. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of the arrangements.
