Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM CYRIL (BILL) JOHNSTON It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William Johnston, aged 54 years, on Monday, January 24, 2000 at the Selkirk and District General Hospital. He is survived by his wife Diane and sons, Sean and Cody. Bill was predeceased by his parents, Selma and Jack and his step-father Tom Lee. Bill was born on August 23, 1945 in Sioux Lookout, Ontario. He had lived and worked in many provinces and finally settled and retired in Selkirk, Manitoba. All who knew Bill knew his favourite pastime was having great conversations with with family and friends over many, many cups of coffee. Bill will be fondly remembered by his family, relatives and friends. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Thursday, January 27 at 10:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk. Interment of ashes to take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bills memory to Cancer Care Manitoba, 100 Olivia St., Winnipeg, MB, R3E 0V9. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
