Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHEODORE LASIUK July 12, 1912 - January 24, 2000 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his loving wife Ann of 58 years, only son Ted (Colleen) and three grandchildren, Michelle, Michael and Lori. Also surviving are his sisters, Jean (Bud), Olga (Wes) and Adelyne, brother Morris (Carol) and sisters-in-law, Anne, Joan, Francis, Terry and Olga Massier. He was predeceased by his father, mother, stepmother and six brothers. Theodore was a hard working, caring, compassionate and generous individual who took great pride in his family and their accomplishments. He lived for the summer months when he was able to spend countless hours gardening, his favourite pastime, with awesome results year after year. Active pallbearers will be Mike Lasiuk, Chris Leskiw, Mark Leskiw, Peter Leskiw, James Chagnon and Jim Chagnon. The family would like to give special thanks to the doctors and nurses of both the Dialysis and Intensive Care Units of the St. Boniface Hospital for their care and kindness. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, January 29 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Josephs Ukrainian Catholic Church, 250 Jefferson Ave. with Fr. John Pazak, C.Ss.R. officiating. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in Theodores memory, can direct it to the Dialysis Unit, St. Boniface Hospital Trust Fund 9340, St. Boniface Hospital. Dad will be laid to rest in All Saints Cemetery. May you rest in Gods beautiful garden that you so richly deserve.
