IDA MCNAUGHTON (nee TROENDLE) Peacefully, on Thursday, January 27, 2000, at the St. Boniface Hospital, Ida McNaughton at the age of 87 years. Ida is survived by her four children; Ilana Warner, Donald (Lynda), Robert (Laurie), Reva Hansen (Bruce) her grandchildren, Tyson, Alynn (Glen), Anita, and Kyle; sisters Martha, Hilda and brother George; sister-in-law Bertha, and many nieces, nephews, and special friends. Ida was predeceased by her husband Robert, and special friend Eddie Landa; her brothers Alf and Ted; sisters Mary and Clara. Ida was born in Windthorst, Sask., on Aug. 29, 1912. She had a long affiliation with the Grey Nuns as a student, teacher, nurse, and administrator at the St. Boniface General Hospital. Ida was a member of the St. Boniface Legion #43, Tache Nursing Centres Ladies Auxiliary, St. Boniface Hospitals Nurses Alumni, CPR Pensioners, Archwood 65 Club, and Windsor Park United Church. Funeral service will be held on Saturday January 29, at 11:00 A.M., in the P.
