WILLIAM SAMUEL SMITH On Tuesday, January 4, 2000 at the Morden District Hospital in Morden, Manitoba, William (Bill) Smith, aged 66 years, beloved husband of Nettie Smith (nee Janzen) of Roland, Man. Bill leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 40 years Nettie; daughter Gaylene (Ron) Loutchan of Morden; son Todd (Sheila) Smith of Edmonton; daughter Deanna Smith (Gary Swabuck) of Portage la Prairie, and grandchildren, Kyle, Evan and Andy Loutchan, and Tyler and Stephanie Smith. Bill is also survived by two brothers, Doug (Fran) of Dryden, Ontario and Murray (Iona) of Carman. Bill was predeceased by his parents, Bill and Edna Smith and one sister Betty McLaren in 1991. A private funeral service will be held at Doyles Funeral Chapel in Carman, Man. on Thursday, January 6 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Harold Kenyon officiating. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to a charity of ones choice. Doyles of Carman in care of arrangements. 204-745-2045
