HENRY WONNICK Henry Wonnick of Penticton, B.C., passed away, peacefully, at the Penticton Extended Care North Unit, on January 1, 2000, at the age of 86 years. He is survived by his loving family, wife Elsie of Penticton; three children, Valery (Joe) Garafono of Okanagan Falls, Wendy (Allan) Harris of Winnipeg, and Lyle (Debbie) Wonnick of Kamloops; four grandchildren, Amber and Shelby Wonnick and Sabrina and Ryan Harris; five sisters, Elsie Mackus, Erna Recakler, Alvina Hastman, Hilda Spicer and Esther Shalla, all of Winnipeg. Mr. Wonnick was predeceased by his parents, William and Rosalie Wonnick and his son Clint Wonnick. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 7, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. from Concordia Lutheran Church, 3800 South Main Street, Penticton with Rev. Mel Knoll officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of B.C. and Yukon, Penticton Chapter, Box 597, Penticton, B.C.
