Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • Werner and I had been friends since the late sixties. I fondly recall the days when Werni, Vince and I used to play Canasta at his home back in Zurich. Werni and I traveled together to Cairo, and years later met up in Ottawa - took a bus across the country to Vancouver, BC. where we both lived for three months before parting ways. The last time I saw him was in Minneapolis in 1981. Werner had been an amazing friend, and was beloved by my family. He was quick to help others and embrace life with gusto. It came as a shock to learn of his passing. I can only assume that his life had been cut short due to illness. To his children, his Sister Melanie, and all that loved him; I am sorry for your loss. Rest in Peace my Friend. We shall meet again, somewhere in the afterlife. - Posted by: Andreas Boesch (Friend) on: Aug 11, 2016
