VERA SANDERS Peacefully in her sleep, we sadly announce the passing of our wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, great grandma and friend Vera Sanders, January 28, 2000, one month after her 98th birthday. She was predeceased by her husband Jack in 1974; two grandsons, Michael Sanders in 1981 and Trent Meilleur in 1987. She is survived by her four children, Verne Lewis-Thomson, Yvonne Meilleur, Don Sanders and Darlene Meilleur, their spouses and families. Vera was raised in the Merridale area and lived in Fort Frances, Dauphin and Winnipeg. He burial will take place in Roblin, Man. at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 3, 2000, where she will be laid to rest beside our dear father. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Heart Foundation. Rest in peace dearest mother. You will be very sadly missed by all who knew and loved you.
