Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELSIE LOUISE SCHULTZ It is with deep regret and profound sadness that we inform you of the death of our mum, gramma and best friend, Elsie Louise Schultz, on January 30, 2000, one month after her 90th birthday. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter and son-in-law, Jo-Ann and Ron Koskie; her precious and loved grandchildren, Scott (Jaclyn), Kristen, Kyla, Kevin and her many friends. She was predeceased by her husband Lawrence; son "Bing"; parents, Annie and George McPhee; and her brothers, George (Grace) and Maurice (Janet) McPhee. Elsie was born December 29, 1909 in Halifax, NS moving to Winnipeg with her family as a young child. She was a longtime resident of St. Vital. Throughout her life she was very active in her community volunteering and helping others. She held many executive positions on the Chesterfield Social Club, was a lifetime member of the Golden Rules Seniors Club and treasurer of the Fort Rouge Seniors carpet bowling league. She enjoyed her bingo at Glenlee, Norberry and Glenwood community clubs over the years. Graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 3, at 1:00 p.m. at Brookside Cemetery, 3001 Notre Dame Ave. with Rev. Dennis Butcher officiating. Following the interment an informal gathering will be held in the lounge at Regents Park United Church, 613 St. Marys Rd. If friends so desire, donations may be made to Jocelyn House Inc., 177 Egerton Rd., Winnipeg R2M 2W7 or to a charity of your choice. As a ship slowly sails into the horizon someone says "there she goes", As someone else says "here she comes". We love you Gramma Cropo Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements; 586-8044.
