Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryARTHUR RAY DUNNING At 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2000, Arthur Ray Dunning passed into eternal rest after a courageous battle with asthma and cancer. Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife Tina; sons, Art (Chris), Dennis, and Dwayne, daughters, Ronda (Dustin), and Brenda; stepchildren, Sylvia, Sharon (Dave), Dan (Steph), Marlene (Peter), and Helen (Gord) 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, Brenden and Hayle; brothers, Dennis (Bea), Dave (Jackie) and Jano (Betty), sisters, Marg, Phillis, and Donna; as well as two aunts. Arthur was predeceased by his father Leonard and mother Jessie; and by his stepson James Dueck. Arthur was born December 25, 1922 in Elphinstone, MB. At the age of 16, he came to Winnipeg. In 1939, he joined the army and served overseas until 1945. After the war, he worked in various occupations before being employed with McMillan Bloedel for 25 years, retiring in 1988. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 5, at 11:00 a.m. at the Shaughnessy United Church, Magnus and Railway, with Rev. Cliff McMillan officiating. "We love you, and will miss you."
