REGINALD WHITE It is with deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, Reginald White, Wednesday, February 2, 2000 at Health Sciences Centre. Reg will be lovingly remembered by his wife Olga of 52 years; daughters Janie Savage, Janet McCalder (Rick), Cathy Cameron (Don) grandchildren Karen (Sean), Lynn Rae, Kimberly, Heather and Kerrie. He is also survived by his sister Doreen (Gord) and their family. He was predeceased by his mother Janet Dixon and stepfather Alf. Reg was born in 1926 in Winnipeg and has made his home in Dryden since 1962. He retired from Ontario Hydro in 1983 after 35 years. He had a great passion for curling, gliding and the history of early flight. Reg enjoyed life to the fullest and maintained his great sense of humour to the end. He raises his cup to all his coffee buddies. The family would like to thank Dr. K. Wiebe, Dr. "Jerry" and all staff on GA4 for the love and compassion shown to Reg during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook Street, R3C 9Z9, or a charity of ones choice. Memorial service will be held Saturday, February 5 at 1:30 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Highway. Arrangements entrusted to Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331.
