ERDMAN P. FRIESEN Peacefully on Wednesday, February 2, 2000 at the Bethesda Personal Care Home in Steinbach, Ed passed away at the age of 80 years. Ed leaves to mourn his passing his wife Helen of 57 years; daughters, Erma Friesen, Irene (Patrick) Boenders and Bernice (David) Krahn; his six grandchildren, Aubrey, Meghan, Michael, Vanessa, Justin and Nathan. He also leaves to mourn his step mother Neta Leppky; one brother Leonard (Denise) Friesen and one sister Anne (George) Krahn; sister-in-law Marion (Bert) Kliewer and their families. The funeral service will be held on Monday, February 7 at 2:00 p.m. in the Niverville Mennonite Church. Viewing will be on Sunday, February 6 between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. with a devotional at 8:00 p.m. at Loewen Funeral Chapel in Steinbach and at the church one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimers Society of Manitoba or to the Bethesda Personal Care Home Chapel Fund.
