Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHARRY DUCKWORTH Mr. Harry Duckworth, aged 75 years, died suddenly on Wednesday, February 2, 2000. Late of Abbotsford, and formerly of Winnipeg, Harry brought his family to Canada from England in 1962. Predeceased by his sister Gladys, Harry will be sadly missed by his loving family, his wife of 54 years, Martha; son Jim (and Lynn) of Abbotsford; three grandchildren, Robbie (and Rhonda), Deborah, and David (and Sarah) five great-grandchildren, Mitchell, Marcus, Jamie, Lauren and Braedan, all of Alberta; one brother Bill (and Vera) also nieces and nephews in England. Harry served his native country, England, in the Second World War with the Royal Navy from 1941 - 1945 and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 15, Abbotsford, and formerly of Branch No. 97, Fort Rouge, Winnipeg, MB. The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 8 at County Line Christian Fellowship, 26460 52nd Ave. (at 264th St.), Aldergrove, BC. Pastor Paul Taylor officiating. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations made in Harrys memory to the B.C. & Yukon Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Hendersons Fraser Valley Funeral Home (604) 854-5534.
