DIANNE MARIE DUFAULT (nee MONDOR) Peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, Dianne Dufault, passed away Wednesday February 2, 2000 at the age of 57 years, at the Carman Memorial Hospital with her son and good friend by her side. She leaves to mourn her beloved husband Marcel; her two sons Michel and Rene (Colette nee Lessard) her daughters Gisele (Randy Perkin) and Suzanne (special friend Philippe Ross) also her two grandchildren Cory and Emilie. She is survived by her three brothers, Denis, Roland (Cathy), Louis Mondor (special friend Annette) two sisters Jeanette (Marcel Saltel) and Pauline (Rene Prescott) her stepmother Alphonsine Mondor; father-in-law Edmond Dufault and brothers-in-law Denis and Lucien Dufault. She also leaves to mourn her godchild Lise Rousset (nee Saltel) and her nieces, nephews, many relatives and friends. Mom has joined with her parents Octave and Jeanne (nee Girouard) Mondor into eternal peace. Mom did homecare for many years. She will be sadly missed by her clients, peers and all the people whose lives she has touched with her kindness, love and gratitude. Funeral Services will be held in the St. Denis Roman Catholic Church in Haywood Manitoba on Monday February 7. Rosary at 1:30 p.m. followed by Funeral Mass at 2:00 p.m., with Father Armand LeGal officiating. Interment in the Parish Cemetery followed by lunch in the Haywood Community Hall. Pallbearers are Joel and Richard Prescott, Luke Mondor, Marc Saltel, Ron Rousset and Andre Savard. The family would like to thank Dr. Tan and staff of the GH6 ward at the Health Sciences Centre and the doctors and staff at the Carman Memorial Hospital. A special thank you to all the people who sent flowers, cards, baked goods, gifts, phone calls and especially all the wonderful people who visited and cared for mom throughout her stay at the hospital. You all have a special place in our hearts! In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are to be made in Moms memory to the Manitoba Cancer Treatment Research Foundation, 100 Olivia St., Winnipeg, MB R3E 9Z9.
